Southern couple plans Southern dessert place in Downtown Crossing. The Boston Licensing Board approved plans for an outlet called Peach Cobbler Factory on Summer Street in Downtown Crossing that will serve its eponymous dessert and other offerings. Victoria Greer told the board yesterday that she and her husband Walter plan on doing more.
