Gerda Steyn won her fifth Comrades marathon title with a new personal best time, finishing ahead of Nobukhosi Tshuma and Irvette van Zyl.

• She beat her previous best time for the Up run and finished ahead of Zimbabwean Nobukhosi Tshuma and Irvette van Zyl.
