The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation has initiated waterlogging mitigation and stormwater management works at eight vulnerable locations across Madhapur and Serilingampally circles, including areas near Durgam Cheruvu, Gachibowli, Kondapur, and Khajaguda, following heavy rain on June 9 that caused widespread inundation.

• The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation has undertaken waterlogging mitigation and stormwater management works at eight locations identified as vulnerable to water accumulation.
• At Vital Rao Nagar near Durgam Cheruvu, officials removed plastic waste and widened the inlet opening to facilitate rainwater discharge.
• In Serilingampally Circle-49, a drainage diversion pipeline was removed to restore the natural flow of storm water into Khajaguda Lake.
