• The Greater Bengaluru Authority suspended Assistant Revenue Officer K.S. Manjula for alleged involvement in a multi-crore khata registration scam.
• Investigations revealed she illegally issued 'A-Khatas' and 'e-Khatas' for 50 plots in an unauthorized layout, manipulating the e-Aasthi platform.
• She allegedly overwrote 76 ePIDs to transfer properties to Gangaiah's heirs without valid title deeds, bypassing a BBMP circular on property subdivisions.
