The Karnataka government restructured IAS officers, appointing new heads for BMTC, KSRTC, and other departments, with several concurrent roles and transfers.

• Raghunandan Murthy appointed as BMTC MD, also serves as Commissioner of Treasuries.
• Sivakumar K.B. becomes KSRTC MD, Manivannan P. takes BDA and Urban Land Transport roles.
• Imkongla Jamir M. and Sameer Shukla swapped positions at Karnataka Bhavan in New Delhi.
