Three years after Wagga arrest, police believe they’ve found missing woman’s remains (opens original article in a new tab)

Three years after a man was arrested for murder in connection with the disappearance of 71-year-old Nadire Sensoy, police found human remains believed to be hers during a search in Sydney's west.

• Nadire Sensoy was last seen in December 2018.
• Human remains were found during a property search in Sydney’s west on 11 June 2026.
• A 47-year-old man was arrested in March 2023 for domestic violence-related murder of Sensoy.
