Portland Parks & Recreation is launching a free shuttle pilot project in mid-June to improve access between Forest Park, Washington Park, and surrounding communities, funded by an ODOT grant.

• Shuttle service starts June 12, 2026, operating on Fridays and Saturdays through August 22.
• The project aims to increase access for communities with limited public transit to Forest Park and Washington Park.
• Community partners contributed to designing the shuttle service and will offer programming in the parks.
