• Election Commission (EC) secretary Datuk Khairul Shahril Idrus stated that all nomination papers must be submitted at 56 centres open from 9am to 10am.
• Candidates must pre-check forms at Returning Officer’s Office or State Election Office and submit papers by candidate, proposer, or seconder.
