Four new Vedanta Group companies will list on Indian stock exchanges today, following a demerger process that marks the final phase of the conglomerate's restructuring.

• Vedanta demerged entities will list on BSE and NSE on June 15.
• Shares will undergo price discovery in a pre-open session from 9 am to 10 am.
• Shares will initially be in Trade-to-Trade (T2T) segment for 10 days.
