Hanwha Group raised its stake in Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) to 9.04%, becoming the second-largest shareholder, and plans to increase its ownership further through additional investments.
- Hanwha Group increased its stake in KAI to 9.04% through investments of 6.5% by Hanwha Aerospace and 1.53% by Hanwha Systems
- Hanwha now holds the second-largest stake in KAI after the Export-Import Bank of Korea's 26.41%
