Zymeworks presented new Phase 1 data for ZW191, an ADC targeting folate receptor alpha, showing significant anti-tumor activity in platinum-resistant ovarian and endometrial cancer patients, with response rates of 78.6% and 47.4% respectively, and a manageable safety profile.

• ZW191 demonstrated a confirmed objective response rate (cORR) of 78.6% in FRα-positive platinum-resistant ovarian cancer patients and 47.4% in FRα-negative patients.
• Median progression-free survival was 7.6 months across ovarian and endometrial cancer cohorts, with median duration of response not reached at data cutoff.
• Treatment-emergent adverse events occurred in 98% of patients, with grade ≥3 events in 55%, including neutropenia, anemia, and thrombocytopenia.
