New CAOT project to support internationally educated OTs in Canada (opens original article in a new tab)

A new Canadian platform will support internationally educated occupational therapists by providing resources for licensure and employment in Canada.

• The Canadian Hub for Internationally Educated Occupational Therapists will launch in late 2026 as a bilingual online platform.
• The platform will provide resources for IEOTs to navigate licensure, employment, and Canadian healthcare systems.
• Funded by the Government of Canada, the project aims to support IEOTs in building successful careers.
