行政院提出修法，加強防制毒駕，增訂毒駕或拒絕毒測者吊銷駕照，毒駕致死終身禁考。
- 行政院提出修法，增訂毒駕或拒絕毒測者一律吊銷駕照，3年內不得考照
- 毒駕致人重傷或死亡者，終身不得考照
- 經警察機關確認吸食毒品者，預防性吊銷駕照2年內不得考照
