Jack Matthews-led group selected to transform Dallas College's El Centro campus. A development group led by Jack Matthews will lead the transformation of the college's flagship campus that has been in the works since voters approved a $1.1 billion bond package in 2019. Matthews is also leading the first component of the redevelopment of the Kay Bailey Hutchison campus.
