BBC Radio 2's 21st Century Folk project features original songs based on five listeners' life stories, including a firefighter's recovery from injury and a nurse's tribute to his late uncle.

- Five BBC Radio listeners had their lives portrayed in original folk songs by artists like Katherine Priddy and Martin Simpson.
- Songs will be broadcast on BBC Sounds and Radio 2 from 29 June.
