A resource event in Sacramento, Find CA Missing, helps families of missing Californians by connecting them with law enforcement and advocacy groups to assist in locating missing loved ones and identifying remains.

• Over 50 years after James Norris disappeared, his remains were found in 2010 through DNA testing.
• The Find CA Missing event provides free assistance for families to check or add missing persons cases with records and DNA samples.
• The California DOJ reported 23,000 active missing person cases and 3,500 unidentified remains cases in the state.
